In the state there is a number of traditional crafts and industries, where agriculture is the first craft practiced by the population and the most famous crops are palm, lemon, clover and vegetables, as well as grazing and camels rising are practiced widdly, spinning, fronds, other agricultural equipments, especially tillage, clawing and surveying equipment, the Omani confectionery industry and the industry of mates.
