Omani student Amira Al Gharibiya won second place at the third Kuwaiti and Arab Youth Forum competitions

Muscat: Among more than 100 competitors from various Arab countries, doctoral student Amira Al Gharibiya of Sultan Qaboos University won second place in the third Kuwaiti and Arab Youth Forum competitions. 

Her scientific project was entitled "Improving the performance of the membrane distillation process for water desalination using carbon nanotubes derived from waste of the Omani Palm.”
