Delivery Policy
The process of delivering the results of services provided by the Ministry of Information through this Website is not bounded to a specific period of time as it depends on several internal approvals in the Ministry and with other external institutions.
Fee payment takes place at the last step of the procedural process, and therefore there is no refund of the sums paid, given that the fees are not paid until the final approval. Therefore, in case the user wants to back down, the decline will be available only before paying the fees.
The Sultanate of Oman’s Media Portal is not responsible for the tampering caused by the user’s negligence in dealing with the information and services provided by the Ministry of Information through this site and in keeping the username and password for it, and we strongly advise against disclosing the user name and password to others.
