Antananarivo,(ONA) - The French city of Marseille will host next Friday the presentation of the Malagasy documentary film “Songs for Madagascar”, which was produced by director Cesar Paes on the occasion of commemorating the 60th anniversary of Madagascar's return to independence. This film includes the 6 largest musicians on the Grand Island and they are members of the famous “Madagascar All Stars” group.

This group members including Régis Gizavo, Jaojoby, Olombelo Ricky, Justin Vali and Erick Manana joined forces to produce a common melody for the homeland and defend the natural resources of its hometown. The film includes pictures without comments.

The director says that this work represents a journey in the heart of musical creativity in order to talk about environmental problems and threats to nature.
