The Sultan's Armed Forces Museum opens its doors to visitors tomorrow

Muscat, (ONA) - The Sultan's Armed Forces Museum will open its doors tomorrow for citizens and residents, while adhering to the health requirements, procedures and precautionary instructions followed in this regard.

This comes based on the decision of the Supreme Committee in charge of examining the mechanism for dealing with developments resulting from the spread of the novel corona virus (Covid-19) related to the opening of some activities, including museums and castles, and in the interest of the Sultan's Armed Forces Museum management to provide visitors with the opportunity to view the museum's rich Omani legacies and exhibits indicating the development of the Sultan's Armed Forces through many manuscripts, models and historical weapons that narrate the long tradition of Omani military history.

The museum visit will be daily, starting tomorrow, Sunday, until next Thursday, during the morning period, and the museum will be closed on Friday. It will resume opening its doors next Saturday in two periods in the morning and evening.
