Muscat, November 16 (ONA) - As part of its project to diversify its publications, Luban Publishing House presented four educational books entitled Abjadiyati for the first and second levels, at the rate of one book for each level, along with another book that includes exercises, written by Kholoud Al-Alawiya. Fatima Al-Eisayya contributed in writing the two exercise books.
The author dedicated the series of books to mothers, fathers and educators of generations, considering that putting their sons or daughters on the right step by learning sound reading in an easy and fast way means that they achieved the first goals in their success initiative, directing the dedication to children as well as they are concerned with learning Arabic language and acquiring knowledge of what is introduced in these publications.
Through the pages of the first-level book, the author Kholoud Al-Alawiya goes on introducing the letters of the Arabic language and defining the goal of that, which is "to help students learn the names of the letters and distinguish them when they are arranged", then the shape of the letter at the beginning of the word or other different places, along with boxes for writing notes and evaluation for each stage, in addition to the accents of the diacritical letters.
As for the second level book, the author delves deeper to talk about more comprehensive linguistic aspects regarding Arabic language. Detailed exercises with illustrations are provided to help the child acquire knowledge of reading in a smooth and simple manner, while dividing the word into syllables to make it easier to read. These four books can be considered suitable for teaching non-Arabic speakers how to read and write.
