Muscat, (ONA) - The National Beach Football Team is looking forward to setting up its indoor camp in the sandy stadium at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Bousher from 15 to 19 November, and the second training camp during the period from 13 to 17 December, in the context of preparations for the next participations in which the national team will compete in 2021.

The participation of our national team next year includes participation in the Gulf Beach Soccer Championship, whose place of residence has not yet been determined, but expectations indicate that it will be hosted by the United Arab Emirates or Saudi Arabia during the period from 7 to 17 February 2021, the participation in the third Gulf Beach Sports Games to be held in Kuwait in February 2021, the participation in in the Asian Nations Cup finals that will be held in Thailand next March and qualifying for the World Cup finals to be held in Russia in July 2021, as well as the participation in in the Asian Beach Games that will be held in China in April 2021.

The technical staff of the national beach football team led by the national coach Talib bin Hilal Al Thanawi seeks to equip the team according to the available capabilities owing to the circumstances that these preparations are going through due to the repercussions of the Corona pandemic attributable to the many requirements of the precautionary aspects and the measures required in the application of the required medical protocol.
