Muscat, (ONA) - The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth represented by the Omani Society for Fine Arts organized this evening an online art exhibition entitled “The Land of Colours” on the occasion of the celebration of Omani Women's Day.

Four fine artists from the Dhofar governorate participated in the exhibition. They are Mayada bint Saeed Rayhan, Yusra bint Salem Muqebel, Asma bint Abdulaziz Kulaib and Maryam Muhammad Al-Omari.

Talib bin Ali Al Hinai, Deputy Director of the Omani Society for Fine Arts, said that the exhibition includes 32 artworks, with 8 works for each participating artist, among which 21 works that represent the picturesque nature of the Dhofar Governorate, including the environments of the mountain, the plain and the sea, in addition to 11 artworks that represent Arabic calligraphy in its various branches.

Al-Hinai added that the exhibition can be accessed through the association's channels on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.
