Muscat, (ONA) - The Board of Directors of the Oman Basketball Association held a meeting today at the headquarters of the Association, chaired by Dr. Farid bin Khamis Al-Zadjali, President of the Association, in the presence of As’ad bin Mubarak Al-Hasani, Secretary General and members of the Board of Directors.

During the meeting, a number of issues were discussed, the most important of which was the financial status of the association and the approval of the association’s general budget for the next fiscal year.

The date of the extraordinary general assembly was set on November 8 at the City Seasons Hotel, and the recommendations of the working committees were discussed and their plans approved, in addition to discussing the outcomes of the clubs ’meeting and the request of Saham Club to join to the Association.

The meeting also discussed the latest preparations for the Competitions Committee to complete the league and start the next season.
