Muscat, (ONA) - The Asian Chess Federation has chosen Omani international referee Muslim Al-Wadahi to manage the Asian Chess Championship, to be held online during the period from October 10 to 25.

Muslim Al-Wadahi is considered one of the best chess referrees in the Sultanate who received the international badge in 2018. During the past periods, he managed a number of official international tournaments, as he refereed in the Chess Olympiad in Georgia, the Asian Championship hosted by the Sultanate in 2015, the Arab Championship in Tunisia and the Arab Championship in Sharjah in 2018.
