Muscat, (ONA) - The Asia Swimming Federation (AASF) has announced the list of candidates for the International Swimming Federation (FINA) elections, representatives of the Asian continent, after the deadline for receiving the names of candidates for the FINA 2021 elections.

The list of candidates for the AASF included Hussain Al-Musallam from Kuwait for the position of President of the International Swimming Federation (FINA), Jihong Zhou from China for the position of Vice President, Taha bin Sulaiman Al-Koshari from the Sultanate for membership of the Board of Directors in addition to Andrei Kryukov from Kazakhstan, Daiichi Suzuki from Japan and Ferendra Nanavati from India.

The Asia Swimming Federation (AASF) General Assembly will hold its regular meetings in Muscat on November 7, 2020, and the International Swimming Federation (FINA) elections will be held on June 5 in Doha in the State of Qatar.
