The Sultanate participates in the media committee meeting of the GCC Ministerial Committee for Youth Affairs and Sports tomorrow

Muscat, July 19 (ONA) - The Sultanate will be represented by the Ministry of Sports Affairs tomorrow in the media committee meeting of the GCC Ministerial Committee for Youth Affairs and Sports tomorrow via video conferencing.

During the meeting, they will discuss the efforts related to the procedures and efforts of ministries and bodies in the GCC states to address the Corona pandemic, and the organization of joint activities and programs, especially the exchange of experiences and practises on community activities and programs, and how to implement them during this pandemic.

The Ministry of Sports Affairs had activated many programs and activities to encourage different members of society to maintain physical and mental health, and to practice these activities at home through a number of exercises and following health systems, maintaining fitness and optimal investment of time.

The Ministry will be represented at the meeting by Hamza bin Ali Aidarous, Director of the Public Relations and Information Department of the Ministry of Sports Affairs.
