(ONA) - The International Basketball Federation granted international referee today, Fatima bint Hammoud Al-Harithiya, today an e-learning certificate after passing the courses of the 3 × 3 Basketball Program organized by the International Federation via video conferencing as part of its efforts to qualify referees in the world.

Fatima Al-Harthiya is one of the first referees of the Gulf in the 3 × 3 basketball and since she got the international badge, she participated in refereeing a number of championships, including the World Beach Games in Qatar and the Asian Beach Games competitions hosted by Vietnam.

She also participated in the management of the World Cup 3 × 3 basketball matches under 18, hosted by the Chinese city of Guangzhou, in the refereeing of the final of the 3 × 3 basketball championship that was held in Abu Dhabi, and in the refereeing of the girls ’final in the Asian 3 × 3 Basketball Championship in Malaysia, as well as in the refereeing of a number of Gulf and regional championships.
