Muscat,(ONA) - The General Directorate of Scouts and Girl Guides organized today a two-day professional training workshop for Microsoft programs with the participation of 100 trainees including the Directorate staff and heads of the Boy Scouts and Girl Guides Departments of educational directorates in the governorates through video conferencing.

The workshop aimed to introduce Microsoft programs and determine the appropriate programs in addition to MS OneNote for note-taking and sharing and how to use and schedule meetings in Microsoft Team.

The workshop was delivered by Maryam Al-Fayoumiya, a Microsoft assistant trainer. The first session included introducing the basics of Office 365 and One Drive, preparing for the use of Office 365 applications that enhance business practice, organizing and achieving them remotely, implementing cooperation, organizing and creating events with colleagues. It also included how to take advantage of familiar Office 365 and Microsoft applications to support collaboration, communication, planning, data collection and information sharing ing with others.
