Muscat,(ONA) - The Omani Basketball Association, represented in the training and development committee, announced that it will hold weekly training workshops to develop and qualify basketball coaches starting on Wednesday 17 June for a period of 10 weeks, through the video-conferencing application Zoom.

The training seminars, which will be held once week, will be presented by a group of lecturers from Arab countries, where, which is every Wednesday, starting from 9:30 until 11 pm according to Muscat time.

Attending training seminars will be available for trainers from inside and outside the Sultanate, noting that the registration will be through a link announced by the Association in its various accounts on social media.

The organization of these seminars comes based on the approval of committee members at their recently held meeting, where everyone blessed this idea, stressing the importance of diversifying the lecturers from inside and outside the Sultanate and coordinating with the Asian and international federations in this matter.
