The 30th Bundesliga title awaits Bayern Munich

Munich, June 11 (ONA) - Bayern Munich have the opportunity to crown their successive title and 30th title in its history next Saturday in the event of its victory over its guest Borussia Monchengladbach (the fourth) and the loss of its direct chaser, Borussia Dortmund, at the home of its host Fortuna Dusseldorf, which is close to relegation in the thirtieth stage of the Bundesliga.

Even if Dortmund draws and the Bavarian club wins, the latter will be awarded the title in theory, due to the big goal difference currently between the two sides (+ 14 for Bayern), three stages before the end of the Bundesliga that regained its breath on May 16, after a suspension of about two months due to the new coronavirus.

The return was perfect for Bayern. The team completed from where it ended before the suspension period, raising its score to nine consecutive victories and seven points away from Dortmund, knowing that they met three stages ago, and Bayern returned a winner from Dortmund with the goal of its Polish striker Robert Lewandowski.

However, top scorer Lewandowski and best assist Thomas Muller (20 decisive assists) will miss the match with Monchengladbach who dreams of qualifying for the UEFA Champions League due to the suspension. Monchengladbach equals fifth Bayer Leverkusen in points (56).
