The Ministry of Health said today that it purchased 1 million tablets of Hydroxychloroquine from India.The Ministry approved Hydroxychloroquine as one of the medications used in treating coronavirus (Covid-19) infections.

The Ministry expressed thanks to the departments concerned in the Republic of India for facilitating license to procure the medicine as an exceptional treatment earned through diplomatic channels.  ONA
