His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has sent a cable of condolences to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation, on victims of the passenger plane crash at Sheremetyevo airport in the Russian capital, Moscow. In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy to President Putin, the victims’ families, and the friendly Russian people.
