ONA__Sheikh Abdulmalik Abdullah Al Khalili, Chairman of the State Council, yesterday received Luigi Di Maio, European Union’s (EU) Special Representative for the Gulf Region, and his accompanying delegation, currently on an official visit to the Sultanate of Oman.

At the outset of the meeting, Sheikh Abdulmalik commended the status of bilateral relations between the Sultanate of Oman and EU countries. He expressed his aspiration to help boost the growth of bilateral relations in various fields and open up new tracks for joint cooperation under the leadership of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik.
