Muscat: A fraternal meeting has been held between His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik and the President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at Al Alam Palace.

"His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan held a fraternal meeting at Al Alam Palace, during which the two leaders discussed the course of the deep-rooted historical relations linking the two countries and aspects of close cooperation between them. They affirmed their continuous aspiration and their constant keenness to advance it towards broader horizons in various fields for the benefit, goodness and development of their two brotherly countries and its people, " Oman News Agency (ONA) said in a statement.
