Muscat: A number of officials have visited several villages in South Al Batinah Governorate to determine the damages caused by the heavy rains.

"His Excellency Nasser bin Khamis Al-Jashmi, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Finance, and a number of Their Excellencies the Undersecretaries paid a field visit to a number of villages in the South Al Batinah Governorate to determine the damage caused by the heavy rains, during which they met with a group of citizens whose homes and properties were damaged, " Oman News Agency (ONA) said in a statement.
