Muscat : Two Royal Decrees have been issued by His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik.

"His Majesty the Sultan issued two Royal Decrees, the first approving the organisational structure for the Royal Court Affairs and the powers of the Secretary-General," Oman News Agency (ONA), said in a statement.

The second was to make appointments in  the Royal Court Affairs, where Sheikh Said bin Hilal Al Khalili is appointed as Head of Human Resources, Financial and Support Affairs, with the same rank  and financial allocations, and Engineer Hilal bin Mohammed Al Waeli as Head of Horse and Camel Affairs, Royal Gardens and Farms with the Special Class.
