The Parliamentary Friendship Group between the Council of Oman and the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus held a meeting yesterday.

The virtual meeting was led by Dr. Said Mubarak Al Muharrami and Senator Dr. Sergei Rachkov.

The meeting discussed means of enhancing aspects of cooperation between the Council of Oman and the National Assembly of Belarus.

It also addressed topics listed on the agenda, notably emphasizing the group’s major role in promoting relations between the two countries to further future cooperation.

The meeting also stressed the importance of exchanging experience in the field of parliamentary work between the two sides, as well as reviewing the proposed future aspects of cooperation between Oman and Belarus.
