Muscat, 22 Sep (ONA) --- As many as 22 new cases of coronavirus (Covid-19) were registered in Oman during the past 24 hours, in addition to zero new Covid-19-related death cases.

This brings the total number of positive Covid-19 cases to 303,512 in the Sultanate.

The total number of Covid-19-related death cases reached 4093, the Ministry of Health said.

The Ministry added that 388 new cases have recovered, bringing the total number to 294,742 recoveries.

The Ministry also pointed out that 5 cases were hospitalized over the past 24 hours, as the total number of current hospitalized Covid-19-infected patients stands at 46 of them 23 are in intensive care units (ICUs).
