As many as 796 new cases of coronavirus (Covid-19) were registered in the Sultanate today, in addition to 1 new Covid-19- related death case.  

This brings the total number of positive Covid-19 cases to 156,883 in the Sultanate.

The total number of Covid-19-related death cases reached 1662, the Ministry of Health said.

The Ministry also pointed out that (524) new cases have recovered, bringing the total number to (142,944) recoveries.
