The Sultanate, represented by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning,  took part in the 37th meeting of the Council of Arab Housing and Construction Ministers.

Held via videoconferencing from Tunisia, the meeting was chaired by Dr. Khalfan bin Said al-Shu'aili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning.

The meeting reviewed marking the Arab Housing Day and the Award of the Council of Arab Ministers of Housing and Construction

The meeting also touched on experiences of Arab countries in social housing, methods of real estate financing, legislations and laws regulating the housing and construction sector, and the importance of supporting the construction sector.

The meeting was attended by Eng. Hamad bin Ali al-Nazwani, Housing Undersecretary and Dr. Mohammed bin Ali al-Mutawa, Urban Planning Undersecretary.ONA
