HH Sayyid Fatik bin Fahar al-Said, Special Envoy to His Majesty the Sultan left here heading to the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain to convey condolences of His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik on the death of Prince Khalifa bin Salman al-Khalifa.
