Bilateral relations between the Sultanate and Japan are deep-rooted and supported by the wisdom of leaderships of both countries. Economic relations are extremely vigorous. Oman owns a world class port, that of Duqm, which assumes a major geopolitical significance, thanks to its high potential in attracting and incentivizing investors.
